The Burdass family have farmed sheep on the Yorkshire Wolds for over 80 years. Ian Burdass has a closed flock of cross bred Texel and Suffolk breeds. They sell whole lambs butchered into 12-16 different cuts, packed and labled, then delivered in insulated cool boxes, direct to your door. They also supply a growing number of restaurants, farm shops, and deli's with fresh produce, smoked and cured lamb. Mutton is also available to order.

Caroline and Tim Sellers' 190 hectare farm converted to organic production in 1999 and produces a wide range of grains that are milled in a traditional stone ground mill for use in the bakery. The unique flavour of our breads and mueslis is attributed to the wood fired oven that is fuelled by the farm’s own woodland.
