The herd of Landrace cross Duroc pigs are bred and reared on Dotterel Farm and fed cereals grown and milled on the farm. The farm is registered with Assured British Pigs, guranteeing high welfare standards. Antibiotic growth promoters or hormones are never fed to the herd. Hand-made sausages, burgers, dry-cured bacon, hams and all cuts of pork are prepared and packed on the farm. Outlets include Ryedale Farmers' Market.
